We deliver to all homes, businesses and hotels with an Easton, St. Michaels, Newcomb, Bellevue, Royal Oak, Oxford, Unionville and Trappe address. We will also deliver to the Hyatt in Cambridge. For orders less than $125, a $30 delivery fee will be charged.

Please call us at (410) 541- 6813 to discuss alternate arrangements.

Drop off will be after 4pm on the start date of your rental. Items need to be available for pick up by 10am the last day of your rental.

Products must be in clean, working condition, and placed in the location where they were left upon delivery.

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address shown at checkout.  Orders will be placed near the front door, or at the closest covered spot on the property.

We are continually purchasing new inventory.  Please submit an inquiry by filling out the Waiting List form on the product page, and we will try to procure that item prior to your trip to the Eastern Shore.

Cancellation outside of 7 days will be refunded minus payment service fee (see below). Orders canceled after that time period will be charged 50% of order costs. Orders canceled on the same day of delivery will be fully charged and 50% of the delivery fee will also be charged to cover the preparation of the equipment for delivery.

More than 7 days cancellation: 100% refund minus payment service fee – 5% for credit card fees

7 days or fewer cancellation: 50% is refunded

Same day cancellation: Delivery fee (if applicable) is refunded

Payment service fees: Your payments are charged in full upon your order. If refunds are to be made, 5% of your total will be deducted for all types of cards.

Cleaning Procedures

 

At Atlantic Rentals, LLC, safety is a priority.  We are parents of young children and understand the importance of cleanliness and health.  We clean and disinfect all rental equipment and delivery vehicles after each rental.

All items are cleaned with Simple Green d PRO 3 PLUS™, diluted with water and applied as per the instructions.

All baby items are cleaned with soap and water after disinfectant use.

If you feel the need to disinfect Atlantic Rentals products during your rental period, we encourage you to please use a non-bleach disinfectant. Over time, the use of disinfectants with bleach can damage the structural integrity of our gear and will affect the coloring of certain rental items.
